  • Mr. Govind Tiwari founded NQITCS in Sahibabad, Delhi NCR, India in the year 2015. He is a astute - NDT, Quality Management, material testing specialist and metallurgist, with more than 15 years of professional industrial expertise in NDT, Quality Management, mechanical testing, metallographic testing, consulting, training and certification activities. He also has good exposure to casting inspection in foundries, testing of forgings, welds, in-service inspection of Oil and Gas , Petrochemicals plant machineries, chemical plants, process plants and inspection of cross country petroleum pipe lines with many industry verticals.

    He is a Member of The American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT), Ohio, USA, Member of Institution of Engineers (India)-Kolkata, Chartered Engineer, Member of Indian Institute of Metals (IIM)-Kolkata, Life member of Indian Society for Nondestructive testing (ISNT), Chennai and member of CQI & ASQ.
